Please mirror and make Deputy Quezada and Deputy Demara famous. Passengers don’t ID. Quezada admitted in a later encounter that I was spot on with knowing their “rules”. In this video you will see that I am exercising “rights” that the government says I have, however the video proves otherwise.
When do yiu have to ID in CA?:
Hiibel v Nevada https://www.casebriefs.com/blog/law/criminal-procedure/criminal-procedure-keyed-to-weinreb/the-fourth-amendment-arrest-and-search-and-seizure/hiibel-v-sixth-judicial-district-court-of-nevada/
Government is violence. Everything is carried out through coercion and threats of violence. I was coerced out of the car and put in handcuffs on the side of the road by an armed stranger, uninvitedly touched, and threatened to be restrained, held hostage in the back of his vehicle, opening up the opportunity for further violations of my so called unalienable rights.
Did I ID? Would that change the violations upon me? Is there a rulebook, scorecard, or right or wrong way to assess your own life decisions so others can judge you when you and you alone have to deal with the consequences? Do I have to get arrested to make you happy? Do I need to spend a weekend in jail, be subjected to further violations of my so called rights if I am in the back of the car or behind bars, take on the risk of undue financial burden for a tow and/or impound the car, fighting trumped up charges, attorney and court costs, years of being dicked around in court, risk footage being deleted, no longer being able to record the stop, among others for you not to pass judgment? Maybe I had a first AM appointment. There are tons of reasons why we choose to or not to do something in every single situation. So, is it about being scared? Do I look scared? Maybe there are other reasons. Maybe I’m smarter than you give me credit for. It’s not wise to assume.
Maybe the better choice at the time was to take one for the team since HDCW was in the back of the car so that I could continue to record for him. Maybe it was the better choice at the time to get confessions that would set me up for a lawsuit. Lose the battle, (he did say that and he is an armed stranger making demands of me at my car door) win the war.
